摘要: The electron energy loss and X-ray absorption spectra of two phases titanium dioxide-rutile anatase-are reported. Although the nearest-neighbour environments oxygen in both these structures are very similar, noticeable differences observed between spectra. Attempts to model using real-space multiple-scattering calculations reasonably successful at Ti K O edges. authors propose an interpretation L2.3 edge, notably for presence a previously unobserved splitting on L3 edge.
