摘要: A simple, convenient and high selective molecularly imprinted matrix solid-phase dispersion (MI-MSPD) using water-compatible cyromazine-imprinted polymer as adsorbent was proposed for the rapid screening of melamine from bovine milk coupled with liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection. The polymers (MIPs) synthesized by cyromazine dummy template reformative methanol-water system reaction medium showed higher affinity selectivity to melamine, so they were applied specific dispersant MSPD extraction simultaneously eliminate effect leakage on quantitative analysis. Under optimized conditions, good linearity obtained in a range 0.24-60.0μgg(-1) correlation coefficient 0.9994. recoveries at three spiked levels ranged 86.0 96.2% relative standard deviation (RSD)≤4.0%. This MI-MSPD method combined advantages MIPs, could be used an alternative tool analyzing residues complex samples.
