摘要: 2,3,5,4'-Tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β-d-glucoside (THSG) is a bioactive polyhydroxystilbene compound obtained from Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Although it has broad therapeutic potential, the application of THSG limited due to its poor stability in vitro, absorption intestine, and short-term storage tissues. Polysaccharides herbal medicines have been proven be functional foods potential natural plant derived drugs. However, effects polysaccharides when co-administered with other active ingredients are currently unknown. The present study investigated influences Ophiopogon japonicus (OJPs) on THSG. Results showed that OJPs notably enhanced aqueous solubility, THSG, but slightly decreased permeability In addition, Tmax, Cmax, AUC(0-tn) were 3.5 fold, 1.45 fold 2.32 higher for THSG-OJP. Thus, could potentially used improve biopharmaceutical properties prolong pharmacological This finding provide reference point further applications medicines.
