摘要: Abstract Life expectancy has been steadily increasing for decades and this trend is likely to continue in coming years. In fact, there more than a 50% probability that by 2030 female life could break the 90 year barrier, with half of expected gains due enhanced longevity above age 65 years. The resultant aging societies means health care will be faced rising number increasingly older patients, who are also have higher levels multimorbidity.
