摘要: Community-based primary mental health care is recommended in low and middle-income countries. The Brazilian Health System has been restructuring by expanding its Family Strategy. Due to problems, psychosocial vulnerability accessibility, Matrix Support teams are being set up broaden the professional scope of care. This paper aims analyse perceptions professionals managers about integration health. In this mixed-method study 18 24 were interviewed from different services Rio de Janeiro. A semi-structured survey was conducted with 185 closed questions ranging 1 5 one open-ended question, evaluate: access, gateway, trust, family focus, interventions, records, team collaboration, community resources education. Two comparisons made: professionals’ (Mann-Whitney non-parametric test) managers’ (Kruskall-Wallis non parametric-test) 4 service designs (General Traditional Outpatients, Mental Specialised Psychosocial Community Centre Strategy)(SPSS version 17.0). Qualitative data subjected Framework Analysis. Firstly, converged all components, except record system. Secondly, traditional contrasted community-based components such as interventions system revealed an acceptance integration, but a lack communication between institutions. Mixed Method demonstrated that interviewees consider requirement system, while their model work produced institutional culture inextricably linked. There gap understanding processes entails both rethinking workforce actions support help make changes.
