摘要: The association between dialysate calcium (DCa) concentration and mortality in hemodialysis (HD) patients is controversial. In this study, we evaluated the impact of DCa on incident HD patient. Incident were selected from Clinical Research Center registry—a prospective cohort study dialysis Korea. Patients categorized into 3 groups according to prescribed at time enrollment. High was defined as a 3.5 mEq/L, mid-DCa 3.0 mEq/L, low 2.5 2.6 mEq/L. primary outcome all-cause secondary outcomes cardiovascular or infection-related hospitalization.
