摘要: Abstract Thermal degradation and kinetics of the untreated, alkali treated sulphuric acid sugar cane bagasse (SB) have been evaluated using a non-isothermal thermogravimetric analysis under nitrogen atmosphere. Both treatments affected initial chemical composition structure untreated SB. The sample showed highest values thermal activation energy in all investigated degree conversions with an intense increase from 30% to approximately 50% mass loss, which is agreement its higher stabilities. However, change at around 40% lower conversions.
