摘要: The formation of crystalline calcium hydroxyapatite from solutions and phosphate ions the inhibition crystal growth by polyphosphonates polyphosphates have been studied. polyphosphonates, disodium ethane-1-hydroxy-1,1-diphosphonate dichloromethane diphosphonate, are effective inhibitors growth. also as long required level intact polyphosphate is present in system. However, because their hydrolytic instability, which enhanced high temperature, low pH, certain enzymes, concentration decreases with timein vitro, its activity an inhibitor lost. In contrast to polyphosphates, hydrolytically stable. chemisorbed on surface microcrystallites and, manner other known poisons, thus prevent further stability chemisorption apatite suggest use medical dental applications involving pathological metabolism.
