Transcoding proxy for nonvisual web access

摘要: These days, the web has been coming to play various types of roles, so each site designed in a complex way integrate as many roles possible. Web authors tend cram functions and links into one page improve usability for sighted users. This authoring trend makes nonvisual access harder. To solve this problem, we decided develop system transcode already-existing pages be accessible, which works an intermediary (proxy) between server user. Our transcoding proxy consists 5 modules using 3 kinds annotations. The user interface is characterized by three modes: simplification, full-text original page. In paper, will describe overview our well system.
