摘要: Therapeutic resistance is the major contributor to poor prognosis of and low survival from pancreatic cancer (PC). Cancer progression a complex process reliant on interactions between tumor microenvironment (TME). Members CXCL family chemokines are present in TME seem play vital role regulating PC progression. As tumors interact with stem cells (CSCs), determining roles specific members development improved therapies. This review highlights selected CXCLs its stroma, CSC phenotypes, which can be used identify potential treatment targets.
