摘要: Pollen grains are covered with lots of different biochemical compounds, like proteins, saccharides and lipids, which only loosely attached to the pollen. Therefore, they can be separated from pollen by suspending them in water. Since these compounds play a key role many atmospheric processes (e.g. cloud condensation nucleation, ice aerial allergen exposure), their separation analyzing interest. The chemical composition whole is compared both Raman infrared spectroscopy material that could extracted The dominant signals grain spectra those sporopollenin carotenoids. These bands decrease washing water spectra, since high molecular thus not extractable. released shows turn differs significantly between species, what quite expected, differ even optical properties aqueous suspensions. FTIR show some additional appear comparison spectra. Furthermore, we investigated rupturing release suspensions drying up picturing residues scanning electron microscope. We saw corn ejected loads micrometer-sized organelles, most likely starch granules. more disrupted, measured samples were an amorphous film, consists material, sugars, proteins – same substances detected spectroscopy.
