摘要: Different types of liposomes have been employed to deliver soluble antigen for processing and presentation in the major histocompatibility complex class I-restricted pathway. Anionic pH-sensitive as well cationic efficiently sensitize antigen-presenting cells recognition by cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL). Cytoplasmic delivery liposome-entrapped from an endocytic compartment allows exogenous gain access I delivery, however, is probably not only mechanism which induce CTL priming vivo. Macrophages play a central role liposome-encapsulated antigens. The processed fragments are released macrophages taken up nearby dendritic presentation. Collaboration between two immune with help appropriate costimulatory factors theme this hypothesis. In case, host system utilizes similar other membranous, particulate antigens process present liposomal
