摘要: Ninety-one cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) the salivary glands with more than ten years' follow up were studied to investigate factors influencing survival rate patients, which vary according site, histological type, clinical stage and nature therapy. The data statistically analysed for curves. Log rank tests employed assess statistical significance various groups. As a result, it may be concluded that tumour type are important prognosis. ACC palate parotid, early stage, glandular/tubular without nerve involvement had best in submandibular gland, maxillary antrum tongue, advanced (stage III IV), solid poor
