摘要: This article presents a facilities management sector analysis and future forecast for Lithuania. The was made in two stages: 2003 2016. Since 2003, the date of previous research study on management, many changes have occurred economy Lithuania, due to its accession European Union May 1, 2004. In particular, changed from non- tradable an internationally sector, accompanied by entrance firms working at level. means that traditional would price level problem, solved either assuming fidelity existing clients or lowering quality their services.
