摘要: Danggui Buxue Tang (DBT), a Chinese medicinal decoction that contains Radix Angelicae sinensis (Danggui) and Astragali (Huangqi) at ratio of 1:5, is used commonly for treating women's ailments. The present study explored the effects this preparation on chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Rats were subjected to combination food restriction forced swimming induce CFS, rats gavaged once daily with either 12 or 24 g/kg DBT 28 days. Body weights, T-cell subset counts, 3H-TdR incorporation measurements mRNA levels IL-1β, TNF-α, NF-кB, p38MAPK JNK determined days 14 28. endurance capacity was measured day received exhibited increased body weight capacity, corrected T cell subsets decreased compared did not receive DBT. results indicate can ameliorate CFS through immune modulation may act normalize cytokines their related signaling pathways.
