摘要: The invention relates to a piezoelectric actuation-based three-base body actuator. Three cuboid titanium alloy base bodies are connected onto the one metal base, so that actuator can be formed; ceramic sheets bonded on side surfaces of each body; by means vibration composition effects two pairs opposite under sine and cosine voltages, perform torsion movement relative their respective axes, as drive rigid extensible feet outer sides elliptic rotation movement; when lengths three identical, rotates in situ; any directions opposite, rest foot performs does not movement, center gravity shifts, linear realized, at same time, extension contraction which controlled, veers movement.
