摘要: The free energies and enthalpies of formation the azide complexes pigeon, dog, guinea pig methaemoglobins have been determined as a function pH. A characteristic feature these reactions is almost exact compensation between large enthalpy entropy changes over wide pH range, bell-shaped curve describing variation ΔH with correlation shown to exist maximum isoelectric point any methaemoglobin.
