摘要: The objectives of this study were to characterize the mating capacity bucks under range condition and assess effect frequency on flock fertility. Two adjacent flocks crossbred goats (Criolloxdairy breeds; n=70 does, 5 141 4 bucks) used in study. period was 16 20 days for each flock, respectively, January February, 1996. Mating activity does recorded day night during first 11 breeding period. combined data both showed a strong relationship between number estrus average services (r=0.95; P<0.01). With an excess estrous copulated 9.1 times daily Considering combined, 4+/-1.8 through period, they did so with 2.2+/-1.3 different bucks. Sexual greatest from sunset midday. Number not affect pregnancy rate (81.4% serviced by 1-2 77.8% 3-4 bucks; chi(2)=0.25; P7 services, respectively; chi(2)=0.67; P0.05). Mean+/-S.D. liveweight loss entire 547+/-197 g. It concluded that, buck percentages higher than 3%, ejaculations is linearly positively related females estrus. Also, these findings indicate that neither copulations nor affected kidding rates.
