摘要: Prevention of cancer through dietary intervention recently has received an increasing interest, and polyphenols have become not only important potential chemopreventive, but also therapeutic, natural agents. Polyphenols been reported to interfere at the initiation, promotion progression cancer. They might lead modulation proteins in diverse pathways require integration different signals for final chemopreventive or therapeutic effect. demonstrated act on multiple key elements signal transduction related cellular proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, inflammation, angiogenesis metastasis; however, these molecular mechanisms action are completely characterized many features remain be elucidated. The aim this review is provide insights into basis activities with emphasis their ability control intracellular signalling cascades considered as relevant targets a preventive approach.
