摘要: Abstract Single-crystal Na-β″-Al2O3 micro-platelets have been prepared by heating α-Al2O3 platelets in an alkali-containing atmosphere. The α-Al2O3-to-Na-β″-Al2O3 transformation rate and the development of microstructure studied. Preliminary results on preparation K-β″-Al2O3 are also given.
