摘要: Summary To assess the accuracy of multirow detector computed tomography (MDCT) for evaluation renal anatomy preoperative donor assessment in living related kidney transplantation. MDCT-scans (4- and 16-slice-CT) 51 consecutive donors (age, 51.6 ± 9.7 years; range, 28–68 years) were analysed by three blinded observers compared with digital subtraction angiography (DSA) surgery. Contrast-enhanced MDCT was performed 1 mm slice thickness reconstruction interval during arterial venous phases. Supernumerary arteries, veins, early branching vessels abnormalities ureters documented. The overall (CTA) detection classification surgically relevant variants 97% (99/102). interpretation 16-channel images correct all cases (accuracy, 100%), while four-channel CTA had incorrect results regarding differentiation from double arteries 93%). DSA 91%. Renal vein correctly diagnosed 100% 89% findings DSA. There kidneys incomplete ureter duplication, detected both demonstrated superior non-selective donors; distinction supernumerary versus patterns, data better than those system.
