Genetic and Exogenous Factors Affecting Embryogenesis in Isolated Microspore Cultures of Brassica napus L.

摘要: Summary High numbers of embryoids were obtained from cultures isolated microspores different rape genotypes. Various culture media and incubation temperatures tested. An treatment for 18 h at 35 °C followed by 10 days 30 increased the number per bud considerably. Addition 0.1 ml a suspension containing 1 % activated charcoal 0.5 agarose to each dish did not increase bud, development embryoids, however, was enhanced regeneration plants favoured. There appeared be an interdependance between genotype, medium temperature. Varying these factors sufficient could yielded any genotypes treated.
