摘要: To evaluate the patterns of normal lung tissue, alveolar and interstitial oedema, macrophage collections, haemorrhage infarction in radiographs excised air-inflated lungs at autopsy, distribution these findings 89 was determined histologically on 441 sections sampled from 59 selected to represent unequivocally features question. Normal tissue appeared as branching blood vessels with a delicate net-like background. Alveolar oedema gave fine punctate opacity distributed evenly, showed either short lines perpendicular pleural surface, network narrow lines, or long non-branching lines. Macrophage collections associated chronic congestion coarsely opacity, but this often inconspicuous similar pattern slight haemorrhage. Massive finely macular opacity. Fresh dense wedge-shaped retraction rounded top. An older less homogeneous more indistinct borders. The demonstration thromboemboli without not possible.
