摘要: There is growing evidence that micronutrient intake has a significant effect on the toxicity and carcinogenesis caused by various chemicals. This paper examines of status four nonessential metals: cadmium, lead, mercury, arsenic. Unfortunately, few studies have directly examined dietary deficiency or supplementation metal toxicity. More commonly, alteration must be deduced from results mechanistic studies. We chosen to separate micronutrients toxic metals into three classes: interaction between essential during uptake, binding, excretion; influence metabolism metals; secondary effects metals. Based data studies, ability modulate indisputable. Micronutrients interact with at several points in body: absorption excretion transport body; binding target proteins; sequestration finally, mechanisms such as oxidative stress. Therefore, people eating diet deficient will predisposed
