摘要: A thermodynamic analysis of the precipitation amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) and its transformation to crystalline apatite has been made. nearly constant ion product, over a wide variety conditions, was obtained for tricalcium (TCP)-like phase suggesting that molecular unit which governs solubility ACP may be similar in composition TCP. The introduction 10% acid into formula TCP product improves fit experimental data results an invariant product. stability solution found dependent upon instability with respect octacalcium (OCP)-like phase. dependence induction period pH Ca/P ratio is best explained by assumption OCP-like initially nucleated on surfaces particles. events occur immediate post-transition suggest hydrolysis this material apatitic
