摘要: Host-handling behaviors of Eretmocerus mundus (Mercet) (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae) toward first to fourth instar nymphs the Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae) B and Q biotypes Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood) were compared under laboratory conditions. The host acceptance rates differed among stages but not species or biotypes. In all biotypes, parasitoids stopped their host-handling behavior before oviposition more often with older hosts. total time was longer for instars than younger instars, mainly due times probing times. E. showed marking B. T. vaporariorum. conclusion, could parasitize whitefly used in this study, both suitable hosts good targets
