摘要: Malignant melanoma involving the gastrointestinal (GI) tract is diagnosed premortem in only 4 per cent of patients with disease, even though autopsy series 60 who died malignant have GI metastases. Usually, these lesions are metastatic. However, a few cases primary been reported. Such case reported and discussed, including clinical presentation, pathophysiology, treatment, prognosis this disease.
