摘要: We have used a new approach to flame retard polyamide-6 using plasma assisted surface polymerisation techniques. It shows promising result because with polysiloxane coating of about 50 μm thick on polyamide-6, the rate heat release decreases by 30% in comparison virgin polyamide-6. Moreover PA-6 leads more incomplete combustion reactions.
