摘要: The aim of this study was to compare osseointegration and surface characteristics zirconia implants made by the powder injection molding (PIM) technique against those conventional milling procedure in rabbit tibiae. Surface 2 types were evaluated. Sixteen rabbits received external hex with similar geometry, either machined or PIM implants, Removal torque tests histomorphometric analyses performed. roughness higher than that implants. exhibited significantly bone-implant contact removal values (p<0.001). implant is promising, PIM, using roughened mold etching technique, can produce substantially rougher surfaces on
