Preparation and Realization of Anastomosis in the Placenta for Vascular Neurosurgeon Training

摘要: To know, the way of preparing placenta and dissection this to perform anastomosis. By means newly obtained placentas, exhaustive lavage is performed, a 4fr feeding catheter placed, one in each artery vein, made wash blood vessels with water then irrigate red paint diluted diluent, color artery, same procedure repeated vein but blue for differentiation vessels. These catheters are continuous irrigation. Later proceed microscope time, removal arachnoid simulation, circumferential arteries veins placenta. Subsequently an artery-artery anastomosis artery-vein performed.
