摘要: Abstract The microscopic morphology of Fonsecaea pedrosoi ATCC46428 was observed using two benzazole derivatives, 2-(2′-hydroxyphenyl)benzoxazole and 2-(5′-amino-2′-hydroxyphenyl)benzoxazole, which emit intense fluorescence by a proton transfer mechanism in the electronically excited state (ESIPT). cell surface could be successfully stained with fluorescent dye solutions 10 μM–10 mM different fast cost-effective procedures. At these concentrations, any structure or crystallization observed. Concerning external microstructural details, only amino derivative allowed differentiation between hyphae conidia. These dyes presented some advantages comparing to commercial dyes, since cells showed high chemical, thermal photochemical stability during experiments also after several months storage at room temperature normal light exposition. Procedure 1 advantage used when heating can change chemical biochemical composition. On other hand 2 useful as routine methodology for staining. results propose simple highly sensitive assay study F. micromorphology epifluorescence microscopy. This probably extended fungi clinical interest.
