摘要: Transfer of plasmids pFT30 and RP4 between newly-introduced bacilli pseudomonads, respectively, is described. In sterile soil, transfer was only detected when exogenous nutrients were added; bentonite clay significantly enhanced the frequency. nonsterile transferred in presence but not absence clay. No rhizosphere wheat. introduced pseudomonads detected, both occurred if frequency bentonite-amended soil. nutrient-enriched at 15, 20 27 °C, 4 10 °C. The plasmid further wheat as compared to bulk
