摘要: Background The intrinsic bendability of DNA plays an important role with relevance for myriad essential cellular mechanisms. The flexibility a fragment can be experimentally and computationally examined by its propensity cyclization, quantified the Jacobson-Stockmayer J factor. In this study, we use well-established coarse-grained three-dimensional model seven distinct sets derived conformational parameters double helix to evaluate structural in calculating cyclization.
