摘要: The purpose of this study was to conduct a systematic review on the association food patterns (FPs) and endothelial biomarkers. An electronic literature search from 1990 2012 conducted reference lists experts were consulted. Studies without dietary intervention language restrictions considered. Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses guidelines employed. Methodological quality assessed by Strengthening Observational in Epidemiology guidelines. A total 546 references identified, which 8 finally included. Several FPs identified. Healthy (abundant fruits vegetables) had beneficial impact function as estimated circulating levels biomarkers such C-reactive protein, soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1, vascular E-selectin molecules. Westernized (higher intakes processed meats, sweets, fried foods, refined grains) positively associated with inflammation molecules atherogenic promoters. relation contributes development recommendations improved cardiovascular health therefore better lifestyle.
