摘要: Formaldehyde is one of the most common volatile organic compounds and indoor contaminant, known to cause a variety health problems. This paper proposes streamer discharge reactor with negative or positive for formaldehyde removal. The removal HCHO simultaneous production O3 in DC plasma were investigated. performances discharges compared. electrical characteristics such as U-I characteristics, pattern, power source efficiency studied, reaction results evaluated by production, removal, energy yield. Optical emission spectra used characterize reactive species produced. A maximum rate 78% was achieved at specific density 1700 J l−1. Results suggest that better producing oxidizing HCHO, compared counterpart. For plasma, G-values ozone decomposition are 0.59 molecules per 100 eV 0.035 eV, respectively. Interestingly, degradation found be but quasi-individual processes. Both reactions controlled generation O atoms, however they consumed atoms independently. active OH, H radicals observed, which had contribution formaldehyde. Finally, mechanism possible pathways two processes discussed.
