摘要: A study was undertaken to determine the cosmetic and functional problems associated with latissimus dorsi muscle donor site. Twenty-four patients undergoing both free pedicle myocutaneous flap procedures for a wide variety of reconstructive were studied. All had contour defect at site, scar which varied patient's age whether overlying skin been taken flap. Mild moderate shoulder weakness some loss motion noted in most improved over course several months. An upper extremity disability strength should be anticipated following transfer, cases is minimized by recruitment synergistic units. Vigorous range-of-motion exercises surgery encouraged minimize adhesions joint capsule stiffness. Social changes occupation daily living activities not problem patients.
