摘要: A known withanolide steroid cilistol G (1) and six new withanolides, capsisteroids A–F (2–7), were isolated from the EtOAc extract of leaves Solanum capsicoides. The structures compounds 1–7 elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis, including 2D NMR spectroscopy (COSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY). structure 1 was further confirmed a single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. These found not to be cytotoxic toward limited panel cancer cell lines. Further, anti-inflammatory activity studied measuring their ability suppress superoxide anion generation elastase release in fMLP/CB-induced human neutrophils.
