摘要: a b s t r c Aim: Public access defibrillation rarely reaches out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) patients in residen- tial areas. We developed text message (TM) alert system, dispatching local lay rescuers (TM-responders). analyzed the functioning of this focusing on response times and early relation to other responders.
