摘要: One embodiment of the present invention includes a technique performing catalytic oxidation reaction at an anode (31) to provide hydrogen ions from molecular and reduction cathode (41) hydroxyl liquid peroxide. Passage region (24) is impeded with proton exchange membrane (33) passage peroxide ion-selective arrangement (43). Electric potential generated between electric power in (24). In one variation, regeneration also provided.
