摘要: Homogeneous gas-phase pyrolysis of ethane by continuous CO2 laser irradiation was used in our experiments for bulk heating the reaction mixture. Laser energy absorbed ethylene, main product dehydrogenation, and transferred to medium via collisional relaxation. A mechanism dehydrogenation is suggested describe process. The autocatalytic respect ethylene includes ethane–ethylene interaction with formation methyl propyl radicals. Rate constants elementary reactions, selectivity, yields products were determined. composition determined substantially different from calculated thermodynamic equilibrium composition.
