摘要: An aspect of the present invention provides a fuel cell power generating system that includes having an anode serving as electrode and cathode oxidant treatment unit configured to treat off gas is discharged from cell, by mixing or reacting with air anode-side discharge passage arranged supply unit, said not being cell.
