摘要: The Raman spectra of hydrous-zirconia fine particles produced by the hydrolysis various ZrOCl{sub 2} solutions were investigated. hydrous zirconia synthesized at HCl concentrations below 1 mol/L similar to those monoclinic, crystalline ZrO{sub 2}; greater than showed a crystal structure change. line width bands increased with increasing H{sup +} ion concentration.
