摘要: A compact semiconductor laser light source providing short wavelength (ultraviolet, blue or green) coherent by means of frequency doubling red infrared from a high power diode heterostructure. The heterostructure is MOPA device having single mode oscillator followed multimode, preferably flared, optical amplifier. tunable configuration an external rear reflector grating could also be used. lens integrated with the to laterally collimate before it emitted. Straight curved, surface emitting gratings incorporated. An astigmatism-correcting system at least one cylindrical disposed in path output provide beam substantially equal lateral and transverse width dimensions divergence angles. nonlinear crystal waveguide placed astigmatism-free symmetrized double light. Single pass multipass configurations reflectors used, as well resonator segmented, periodically poled configurations.
