摘要: Heavy metal exposure may contribute to inflammation in the lungs via increased oxidative stress, resulting tissue destruction and obstructive lung function (OLF). In this study, we evaluated relationship between lead cadmium levels blood, Korean population.Pooled cross-sectional data from 5,972 subjects who participated National Health Nutrition Examination Survey 2008-2012 were used for study. OLF was defined as forced expiratory volume 1 second/forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC) <0.7. Graphite-furnace atomic absorption spectrometry measure of blood.Adjusted means age, sex, body mass index, smoking status blood with age higher men current smokers. The FEV1/FVC ratio lower highest quartile group (78.4% vs 79.0%; P=0.025) (78.3% 79.2%; P<0.001) concentrations, compared those lowest groups. Multiple linear regression demonstrated an inverse concentrations (estimated -0.002; P=0.007) -0.005; P=0.001). Of subjects, 674 (11.3%) classified into group. Among smokers, risk concentration than (odds 1.94; 95% confidence interval 1.06-3.57).We a significant association population. elevated increasing among
