摘要: The aim of the invention is to provide a simple and reliable method measuring quality fluid (2), in particular an oil or fat. This achieved by dielectric measurement conjunction with temperature measurement, which are carried out situ means assembly sensor (1) used latter, whereby submerged fluid. permits information concerning condition fluid, age frying fat, be obtained rapid, low-cost manner.
