摘要: A gate drive supply circuit generating a high-level voltage and low-level for driving N-type high-side low-side power MOSFETs in multiple-output, low-voltage DC-DC converter integrated circuit. The includes boost regulator the charge pump doubler voltage. Both are distributed to one or more regulators, including but not limited buck type regulators.
