摘要: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for ionizing neutral MALDI desorption plume, in particular, efficiently measuring the ionized plume when post-ionization techniques are combined with medium pressure MALDI-IM-oTOFMS instrument. Additionally, disclosure provides that simultaneously separates tissue-sample ions by IM-oTOFMS according their chemical family.
