摘要: A casting process is disclosed including the steps of fabricating a multi-piece pattern from cellular plastic material, assembling pieces to form pattern, coating with magnesium silicate ceramic and imbedding in dry, loose sand within box or flask. The includes plurality perforated side walls sprue connected pattern.
