摘要: Rotating bending fatigue tests up to 108 cycles were carried out investigate the effects of shot peening on strength and fracture mechanism in wide range life an 18% Ni maraging steel by using particles various sizes or hardness. Fatigue was increased markedly region life. The S-N curves showed duplex properties because transition origin from specimen surface short subsurface long one. Double superhard fine effective improve for fracture, though internal only slightly influenced. formation reversion austenite, suppressing intergranular cracking.
