摘要: An interlayer comprised of a thermoplastic resin, varying amounts an epoxidized vegetable oil, and, optionally, conventional plasticizer. The use (plant) plasticizer creates synergy allowing the flow to be increased without sacrificing other characteristics typically associated with (e.g., blocking and creep, exudation, surface roughness formation, decreased mechanical strength, manufacturing capability). In this regard, oil acts as improvement agent, resulting in high-flow interlayer. As result, thinner can utilized forming multiple layer panels because has improved properties.
